Rapid Extrication Module Support
The REMS team is a four-person rope-rescue crew that specializes in treating and safely moving ill or injured firefighters across arduous terrain. Each team rolls with a 4×4 vehicle, enclosed trailer, UTV, and a full complement of rope-rescue and medical gear.
Medical Module
Med Mod is a two-person team with a 4×4 vehicle, staffed with at least one paramedic and equipped with a full ALS kit. Each module is available with or without a patient-transport capable UTV, depending on the contract.
Single Resource Medics and EMTs are solo providers that operate out of a 4×4 vehicle. They are staged in strategic locations across fire operations and are often directly attached to fire crews, working independently and frequently miles from a road or another medical asset.
Our fleet consists of six 4×4 ambulances used across contracts that range from fires to events. Each unit has towing capability standard and can be ordered with a UTV for patient access on rough ground.
The work is hard before it is dangerous. We seek out training opportunities — courses, drills, joint exercises — so the skills are reflexive when the call comes in.
High- and low-angle rope rescue practiced through the off-season so REMS teams arrive sharp for fire assignment.
