Foundational criteria every applicant meets before we look at certifications and training. If you fall short on one of these, reach out anyway — most are fixable.
Minimum age for fireline assignments and Minuteman EMS field operations.
Ability to mobilize and be on the road within a two-hour window of a dispatch.
A current driver's license in your home state — many of our assignments involve solo driving on remote forest roads.
BLS/CPR certification kept current. We can point you to local courses if you need one.
Active NREMT certification at the EMT or Paramedic level, in good standing.
