Minuteman EMS was tied to my Crew for several shifts. They were incredibly engaged with my crew, participated in briefings, and were very knowledgeable on extrication tactics. They hiked with my crew into very steep terrain, set up equipment for extraction and briefed us on if we had an injury what they would do and what support they would need from us. During a firing briefing Minuteman EMS too the lead on the medical briefing and IWI procedures. All of the Minuteman team members were very engaged and wanted to learn what it is wildland firefighters do to further their knowledge. They asked questions when appropriate and took the initiative to be more than just a REMS team. Outstanding attitude
