To get to Online Classes:
1. Visit nwcg.gov
2. Go to the training tab at the top of the main page
3. Click training catalog in the sub-category
4. Classes are alphabetical order in letter so go all the way down to S section and find S130
5. When page redirects scroll down till you see self directed/ blended version 2008
6. Find instructions for online
7. Under instructions for online find highlighted “Online component”
8. The the page redirects to NFA, the security domain will be NWCG
9. Fill out the registration form
10. Company affiliation will be Minuteman EMS

Basic Requirements
The ability to leave within a 2 hour window
Be 18 years of age or older
A valid driver’s license in your state of residence
Current CPR card
National Registry Certification
Required Certifications
Current drivers license
Current state EMS card
Current national registry card
Introduction to ICS (I – 100)
NIMS: An Introduction (IS – 700)
Firefighter Training (S – 130)
Introduction to Wildland Fire (S – 190)
Human Factors in the Wildland Fire Service (L – 180)
Current arduous pack test
Current refresher training (RT – 130)
*RT-130 is not required in the first year that you complete S-130 and S-190; however, it is required for subsequent years.
